The street put on an eggscellent show to mark Easter weekend, with bunnies and chicks and spring flowers festooning doors and windows along its length. A veritable cornucopia of yummy Easter eggs were handed out by the judges at the homes with the most colourful or inspired displays, with special note taken of contributions by younger members of the house. The judges would like to make a special mention of the displays at Nos 29, 40, 46, 54, 69, 70, 98, 100 and 1 St Michaels

Enter our competition and help the spirit of Christmas sweep along Fishpool Street by hanging door wreaths or adorning your front windows with sparkling festive displays. Hang up or hang out your decorations in whatever form excites you, or in whatever ways you think may impress the judges! There will be two prizes for the best displays - in the form of goodies from the Pudding Stop in Verulam Road. The judges – three in all – will walk the street in the days before Christmas
